Hi, I’m Tessa. I came to rescue with 45 of my brothers and sisters. I’m probably less than two years old. I have a tendency to chew on things that are not dog toys, so I will probably need some more training when I get to my forever home. I’m getting used to living in a comfy house with comfy beds and other dogs who accepted me into their pack and even play with me.
My foster mom is working really hard to teach me lots of stuff, like doing my business outside, learning my name, and some silly things like sitting, staying, and coming to her when she calls me. I learned really quickly that if I did what she asked, there was a treat waiting for me. Yum, yum. I’m pretty smart, so I’m learning pretty fast.
I was a bit shy when I first came to Pennsylvania, but my foster siblings took me in and taught me how to play fetch, run, and wrestle. I’m kind of small, so I’d be best with other dogs my size that like to play.
I’m not used to being around people or city noises, so I will need a nice-sized securely fenced yard for my forever home. If I get spooked by something I might get scared and run, so I will need constant supervision when I am outside. I like that my foster mom works at home, so if you work outside the home all day, that probably wouldn't be the best place for me.

You must be committed to continued training so I can be the best dog ever. And remember, I must have a nice-sized fenced yard to play in. My foster mom promised me she would be really picky because she wants me to have the perfect forever home.
