Stella is a fabulous girl who has absolutely no idea she’s 12. She is bright, social, active, and ready to join her people on every adventure—while still checking in often to make sure she doesn’t wander too far from her favorite humans. She loves everyone she meets, including dogs, cats, and polite older kids.
💛 Personality & Temperament
Stella is deeply tuned in to her people. She follows her person with purpose, enthusiasm, and—occasionally—commentary. After all, she’s learned over the years that the fastest way to get what you want is to follow your human around and bark helpful reminders. She’s currently learning that breakfast does not happen at 4 a.m., and she’s taking this lesson in stride.
She’s a very stable, happy girl who loves being included. Whether it’s a walk, a car ride, or a cuddle session, Stella is all in.
🐾 Training & Manners
We were told Stella “never listened” and didn’t know any commands. Stella politely disagrees.
She has already learned:
• Sit
• Come when called
• Basic manners she’s picking up quickly
She may not have had formal training, but she’s incredibly easy to live with and eager to please. She’s great on a leash and loves getting out to explore.
🩺 Health
Stella has a history of spring allergies and is pending her full veterinary appointment.
We were told she had very few teeth and needed only soft food—but Stella says, “Hold my beef!” She happily eats regular kibble and enjoys all kinds of treats and chews.
🚗 Car Rides
A dream. She hops in, settles down, and naps like a seasoned traveler.
