Quincy is a loving, happy, VERY active 5 year old neutered male. Quincy is potty trained on a schedule. He was recently neutered so a belly band is recommended until he gets used to his new home. He currently does NOT mark in his foster home. He is also crate trained and happily goes into his crate on command.
Quincy does have a grade 2 heart murmur but is not on any medication and has no symptoms. He will need to be monitored yearly for any changes. He is also on Prozac daily for anxiety. This will need to continue. The medication has made a huge difference in his anxiety. He plays hard and then is able to settle down- and he loves to snuggle!
Quincy is best suited for a home with someone home most of the time. He also will do well in a home with another female dog. Quincy enjoys a fenced yard in his foster home, but he does potty when on a leash and harness, so an apartment or house without a fenced yard are okay as long as he is walked regularly. No dog parks!
