Hunter in Mid Atlantic

Hunter is approximately 20 months old. He is Blenheim. He plays well and loves other dogs. He loves playing with his squirrel and skunk toy and chewing on a Nyla bone . He is a snuggler and in bed will get under your covers. Hunter is very athletic and enjoys playing in a securely fenced yard. Hunter is good with adults. He does not get along with children so he needs a home with adults only. He walks well on a leash and is crate trained. He runs to his crate at dinner time and waits patiently for his food, he also will wear a snood while eating and he is a good eater. Hunter still jumps up on people when he gets excited but his foster parents are working on that. We are working on housebreaking and he is doing well so far. He is a vocal dog and likes to tell you about his day. He is learning manners and obedience training. He has learned several commands including “come”, “wait”, “off”, “stand “, and “kennel up”. Must have secure physical fence, since he is a climber. Hunter needs a home that will keep him active, one with another younger small dog like a Cavalier would be ideal. Hunter is being fostered in Virginia and is only available for adoption in VA, DC, PA, DE, WV and MD. Hunter is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.
