Humphrey is a happy, goofy, joy‑filled boy who brings sunshine into every room he enters. At three years old, he’s the perfect blend of playful energy and snuggly sweetness. His favorite hobbies include tug‑of‑war, fetch, and entertaining himself with toys — especially when he rolls onto his back and plays upside‑down like the silly little character he is. Humphrey is a certified cuddle enthusiast. He loves to be as close as you’ll allow, whether you’re eating, sleeping, walking, or simply existing. Personal space is optional in his world, and he’ll happily melt into you for the best snuggle sessions. Great With Dogs, Cats, and Kids Humphrey is wonderfully social. He loves human kids, animal kids, and every creature he meets. He currently lives with two small dogs and a cat and does beautifully with them. He has zero hesitation meeting new animals — he greets everyone with excitement and a wagging tail. Training & Manners Humphrey started from scratch with his basics, and he’s just now getting the hang of potty training. He’s proud of his “sit,” even if it’s still a work in progress. He’s eager to learn, especially when treats are involved — potty treats are his absolute favorite. He walks well on a leash but doesn’t always have the focus needed for long, structured walks. He’s also learning boundaries around personal space, especially during meals, sleep, and busy moments. He’s a smart boy who simply needs consistency and gentle guidance. Personality & Preferences Loves toys, especially playing on his back Morning zoomies and excitement are his specialty Enjoys car rides and prefers to sit in your lap (a dog seat or seat belt is recommended for safety) Fireworks and loud noises are scary for him Curious and adventurous — he will wander if given the chance Because of his curiosity, a fenced yard would be ideal, but he would thrive in almost any loving home — single owner, family, other dogs, or as someone’s one‑and‑only. Daily Routine Humphrey eats twice a day (⅓ cup each meal) and has recovered beautifully from his neuter. He naps while his people are away, plays throughout the day, and greets you with full‑body excitement when you return.
