Frankie is a laid-back, sweet senior girl who is learning how wonderful it feels to be loved. At 9 years old, she’s a gentle soul with a shy streak, but her tail never stops wagging when she sees her people. She’s gaining confidence every day and is already showing how much she wants to be someone’s best friend.
Personality & Home Life
Frankie is calm and quiet, happiest when napping in her crate or simply being near her humans.
She doesn’t yet play with other dogs, but she coexists peacefully with the four dogs in her foster home.
Cats are untested.
She’s still working on house-training and learning basic commands, but she’s eager to please.
Mealtime is her favorite—she barks with excitement when her bowl is filled and eats enthusiastically, with no signs of food guarding.
Health & Care
Frankie was treated for ear infection, and recently spayed and had dental. She has also been diagnoses with a heart murmur.
Ideal Home
Frankie would thrive in a quiet household with adults who will cherish her gentle nature and provide the affection she craves. She isn’t high-energy or high-maintenance—just a loving companion who enjoys car rides, outdoor time with her people, and the comfort of a calm environment.
A Note from Her Foster
Frankie may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, her nonstop tail wags say it all. She’s a loyal, tender-hearted girl who is learning to trust and will reward her family with endless love.
