Hi. I’m pretty new here, but I’m already anxious to find a forever home. I had a dental recently and now I only have four teeth left. That doesn’t keep me from loving my food. My foster just softens it with a little warm water and she gives soft treats, too.
I am great on a leash. Really. I do enjoy an occasional romp in a yard, so if you have a fenced yard that wouldn’t bother me. But i want to go on daily walks so be prepared. I do not play much with other dogs or toys. I’ve gotten along with all my foster siblings, big and small. I have not run into a cat yet, so we will have to see about those creatures.
I am six years old and my heart is good. When i came to rescue i had an upper respiratory infection, but that seems to be all gone now.
I am hiding out in northern Virginia these days, so if you live within a two hour drive of there, then feel free to fill out an adoption application for me. While i enjoy riding in a car, my fosters do not like long trips. So if you live too far from me you don't stand a chance.
