My name is Cynthia and I am about 12 weeks old. Sorry about the cone - I hope it isn't scary to you; they tell me it is to keep me from rubbing my eye while it heals. I was found as a stray and taken to the city shelter, where the staff there immediately took me to the vet to have my eye examined. They began treatment for my corneal ulcer that day and removed what appeared to be motor oil that I was covered in. The shelter tried to find my family, but when I was not claimed, the shelter released me to the nice people at the Cavalier Rescue Trust to continue treatment on my eye. Hopefully it gets better soon. I do not like wearing this cone or getting my many eye drops, but I am trying to cooperate. I am a sweet girl and I love giving kisses.
