Coal is a quiet, gentle dog who takes his time learning to trust new people. Once he feels safe, he settles in beautifully. His favorite pastime? Naps, naps, and more naps. He loves curling up in a soft bed—preferably tucked into a corner where he can feel cozy and secure.

Coal is currently recovering and not yet ready for adoption.He has a grade 4/6 heart murmur and is on medication to help manage it. His comfort and progress are being monitored closely as he continues to heal.

Coal would do best in a calm, patient home. Because he can be nervous at first, a home without young children is recommended. He thrives with gentle routines, soft beds, and people who understand that trust grows slowly but beautifully.
