Charlotte in mid atlantic

Hi, i’m Charlotte. My foster mom says I’m a shoe thief. I mostly like her slippers as they make a great pillow. I’m totally house trained, pretty good on a leash, and I love to go for walks. My favorite hobbies are chasing squirrels and birds, and stealing my foster brother’s treats. I love other dogs, especially cavaliers. It’s people that make me nervous. When I see anyone except for my foster mother and our mail lady, I bark a lot. Children really scare me, too. I’d really love to have a backyard to play in and just sit and watch the birds and squirrels, so I must have secure physical fence. Since I bark very loudly, an apartment won’t do for me; has to be a house with a yard. My foster mom thinks I look like Ruth Bader Ginsberg, so when I grow up I want to be a Supreme Court Judge. I am only available for adoption in PA, MD, DE, DC, VA, and WV so I can stay close to RBG.
