Howdy, there! I’m called Cactus, and even though I am a little spitfire, I’m really not prickly at all.
I am more of a follower than a leader, fun-loving and sassy, and I’m pretty much smitten with
everyone and everything! (I haven’t met a cat yet though, so I don’t know about those.)
My favorite things are eating, playing with toys, eating, playing chase, eating, loving up on
people, playing with other Cavaliers … and eating. I am a typical Cavalier and delight in
everything really, but golly, food is just really amazing, isn’t it? I have a bit of an underbite, but it
doesn’t slow me down at all. I will Hoover my food down and then try to steal everyone else’s if I
can. My hu-mum measures my food out into something called a ‘slow bowl’ and I eat in my
crate for now. She says even though I am a growing boy, my new home will have to watch my
weight.
I do well in my crate for naps and overnight, and am working on my manners and
housebreaking. I am lively, sweet, and affectionate, and would do well in a home with or without
children as long as I am getting enough attention and playtime.
