• Sweet, Playful, and Deeply Loving
Benson is a bright, joyful, and affectionate young Cavalier who brings equal parts playfulness and snuggly charm to every day. At just two years old, he’s the perfect blend of energetic fun and soft, cuddly companionship. He bonds quickly and deeply with his people—within days he became a little shadow, happily following his foster mom from room to room, always wanting to be close.
❤️ Personality & Temperament
Benson is curious about the world and loves watching squirrels, chipmunks, and other dogs outside, yet he approaches everything with a calm, gentle nature. He’s especially sweet with the resident cat, Skittles—respectful, kind, and never pushy.
Inside the home, he’s playful and loves his toys, happily chewing or tossing them around when he’s feeling silly. When he’s done, he’s all about cuddles and naps, especially if he can curl up right next to his favorite human.
He has made tremendous progress with manners and training. What used to be excited jumping at the door has transformed into calm, patient sitting—he’s eager to please and responds beautifully to consistent, positive reinforcement.
