Taffy in AR

Taffy came to us at 7 years old. She is intact and we will have her spayed. She has some issues with her skin and coat. She has a mass under in her vulva area which we will have checked out as well. After additional testing this morning it was found that Taffy has a large growth in her vulva. We did an ultrasound and there is thankfully no lymph node enlargement. Surgery is needed. The growth is so large, we anticipate Taffy will need an episiotomy. She will be spayed at the same time. Because of her low protein levels, we will do an intestinal biopsy while she's in surgery to determine the cause. Her eyes are not clear and bright but we have started her one some medications and her eyes are beginning to sparkle. As we get to know her we will post more for now our objective is her health and gealing..
