Percy is a 4‑month‑old Blenheim puppy with a sweet disposition and a brave little heart. He came into rescue with two medical concerns: a grade 4/6 heart murmur and a fracture in his left forelimb near the growth plate. Because he is so young, the fracture is difficult to interpret, but he has been stabilized with a splint and is on strict kennel rest while we monitor his healing.
Percy will be seeing a cardiologist soon so we can fully understand his heart condition and determine the best plan for his future care. Despite everything he’s facing, Percy is bright, curious, and full of puppy spirit.
At this time, Percy is not yet available for adoption. He will remain in rescue while we complete his orthopedic and cardiac evaluations and ensure he receives the medical support he needs.
