Quinn is a beautiful Blenheim Cavalier, born April 4, 2018, with a heart full of love and a soul that radiates sweetness. She joined rescue when her owner could no longer provide the care she needed, and she has settled into her foster home with grace, gentleness, and that classic Cavalier charm.
Quinn is deaf, but you would never know it—she navigates her world confidently, follows routines beautifully, and stays closely attuned to her humans. She also has a heart murmur, which is common in the breed, and she is fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, spayed, and on flea and heartworm preventatives.
💕 Personality
Quinn is a low‑energy, affectionate, gentle girl who loves nothing more than being near her people. She follows her foster from room to room, curls up nearby, and melts for belly rubs. She still has playful bursts of energy and enjoys being part of the household activity. She prefers being indoors with her humans and is happiest when she can keep you in sight.
She has the sweetest soul—soft, loving, and eager to bond.
🐾 Behavior & Training
Great with other dogs and has lived with another Cavalier for seven years (not bonded).
Learning to coexist with cats—she gets excited and wants to chase, but with time and patience she is making excellent progress.
Walks beautifully on a leash and knows how to sit and wait politely for treats.
Crate-trained and uses a doggy door.
Sleeps wherever she chooses—sometimes the bed, sometimes the floor.
Roams freely in the home without issue.
Does well at the groomer, vet, and in the car.
Not into toys—she prefers people.
🍽️ Eating Habits
Quinn weighs 23 lbs and eats twice a day. She gets very excited at mealtime and can be a bit food‑obsessed, so she will need supervision around other dogs’ bowls to ensure she doesn’t “help herself.”
🏡 Ideal Home
Quinn would do well in almost any home, but she truly thrives with another friendly dog for companionship. She loves being close to her humans, so a family that enjoys having a little shadow will adore her. With continued guidance, she can adapt to living with cats.
❤️ Why You’ll Love Her
Quinn is the kind of dog who quietly slips into your heart and stays there. She adapts beautifully to her surroundings, loves deeply, and wants nothing more than to be someone’s cherished companion. Her gentle presence brings calm, comfort, and joy.
Quinn will make someone the perfect best friend.
If you’re looking for a tender, loyal, affectionate Cavalier who wants to share every moment by your side, Quinn may be the one who completes your home.
