Ella, a 5-month-old black and tan Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, has just taken her first steps into rescue life, and her journey is only beginning. Named after the legendary Ella Fitzgerald, this lovely little girl carries an air of charm and grace, much like her namesake. Like all Cavaliers, Ella is an inherently sweet and gentle soul, though she’s still pondering why so many people are so curious about her. Her curious eyes and warm demeanor already hint at the loving companion she is destined to become.
At this time, Ella is not yet ready to meet her forever family. She’s still settling into her new surroundings and adjusting to the changes in her young life. Additionally, Ella will be receiving necessary veterinary care to ensure she’s in the best health possible. As we get to know her better, we’ll also learn more about her unique personality, quirks, and needs.
While we are not accepting adoption applications for Ella just yet, we look forward to the day when she’ll be ready to find her perfect home. For now, she’s focusing on taking her time, healing, and discovering the joy of trust and love in her new environment. Please stay tuned for updates as Ella continues her journey.
